Alex joins Simplicity directly from Playground Real Estate (Intrawest) and brings a track record of over 10 years of experience in luxury and high-end pre-construction real estate. The move makes Schopfer Chief Executive and Principal Partner of Simplicity International with CLUBworks, a development services company, operating as one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
